House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. This role oversees 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and completing projects on schedule
2. Recruiting and managing contractors and subcontractors
3. Reducing costs and streamlining processes
4. Managing project timelines and inspections
5. Delivering equipment to sites as needed
6. Conducting final inspections and documenting the work

About You:

• 5+ years in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher

Compensation Range: $75,000-$105,000/year (including base and bonus)
