House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. This role involves overseeing 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The candidate must be based in Maryland, as travel to various job sites across the greater Maryland area is required.

What You Will Do

1. Manage and complete 3-6 projects monthly according to the project timeline.
2. Recruit contractors and manage contracts for trades and subcontractors.
3. Strive to complete projects below budget, seeking cost reductions and process improvements.
4. Manage project timelines and respond to inspections.
5. Deliver equipment to job sites if needed.
6. Conduct final inspections to ensure quality and document with photos.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
