Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mission Critical Project Manager to oversee data center projects from startup to commissioning, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction across various environments, including colocation and hyperscale facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a robust mechanical background, especially in thermal execution and chilled water systems, with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Work Locations: Remote within Texas and Gulf Coast cities including Dallas, Austin, Houston, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data center projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and manage scope changes.
  • Oversee system testing, thermal execution, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Manage on-site technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with customers to ensure project success and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (7+ years).
  • Experience managing data center, industrial, or HVAC projects.
  • Expertise in thermal systems, especially chilled water systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, project management skills, and excellent communication.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base plus incentives. Actual pay depends on experience and location.
