House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager responsible for managing our home renovation projects. This role oversees 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The candidate must live in Maryland and be willing to travel to various job sites across the state.

What You Will Do

• Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month within the set timeline
• Recruit contractors and manage subcontractor contracts
• Complete projects below budget, seek cost reductions, and streamline processes
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Deliver equipment to sites as needed
• Conduct final inspections and document the work with photos

About You

• 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
