Must have heavy Concur implementation project experience-

We are looking for a skilled and technically hands-on Project Manager to lead the consolidation and implementation of 14 existing Concur instances into a unified, enterprise-wide solution. This role is critical to driving efficiency, governance, and scalability across our travel and expense platform. The project is slated to begin in June.

This is not a traditional coordination role — we need someone who can roll up their sleeves, understand the technical underpinnings of Concur, and drive the delivery end-to-end. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure seamless integration and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation of 14 Concur instances into a single enterprise-grade platform.
• Define and drive project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build and manage a delivery team with clear accountability and alignment.
• Own the full lifecycle of the implementation — from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement stakeholders to align business processes and policies.
• Provide hands-on oversight of system configuration, data migration, integrations, and workflow optimization.
• Identify risks, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks.
• Manage vendor coordination and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Establish governance and change management frameworks to ensure user adoption.
• Deliver consistent and transparent communication to executive sponsors and functional leads.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 full-cycle Concur implementations, including consolidation initiatives.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Concur modules (Travel, Expense, Invoice) and integration capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-entity SaaS consolidation projects.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflows, and integration touchpoints.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
