Job description

Manage large-scale technical projects covering cross-functional teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of Technical Project/Program management experience or deep technical knowledge of Cloud Product solutions and customer usage experience.
2. 2+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering, or similar experience.
3. Certifications: PMP or CSM preferred.
4. Proficiency in M.S. Project, M.S. Office required.
5. Experience with ServiceNow product implementations, upgrades, and expansion.
6. Technical project planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance.
7. Assist PMO Directors in implementing portfolio, program, and project management best practices.
8. Communicate project status, issues, and risks timely to all stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers.
9. Manage Change Control, Issues, and Risks to ensure timely project implementation.
