Powerhouse Retail Services LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead client relations and manage multiple construction projects from estimate development to closeout.

You will coordinate teams, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and timely delivery across several initiatives. The role requires strong communication, budget tracking, and reporting capabilities, with oversight of junior staff and collaboration with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from estimate development to closeout.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Set and meet deadlines per the Scope of Work with clear, timely communication.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Make timely budget projections within budgetary constraints.
• Create reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Communicate project goals to all personnel and document actual results.
• Track and report project milestones and tasks to management.
• Ensure quality control with subcontractors and staff to meet timelines.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, ensuring proper documentation.
• Complete invoicing accurately and on time at project completion.
