Job summary

Commercial Interiors in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting, delivering quality on time and within budget. You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure client expectations are met.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial PM, strong knowledge of building codes and safety, and proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing ground-up or tenant improvements.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays.
