You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle including design, budgeting, and construction while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6-10 years of experience in commercial construction. • Strong background in K‑12, municipal, or commercial projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive RFI, submittal, and change management processes.

Description

Profile
