Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree preferred.
• Up to 3 years' experience in retail, construction, or project/vendor/account management.
• Experience with preparing and tracking project budgets.
• Knowledge of facilities repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide quality service and meet KPIs.
• Oversee aging work orders from start to finish.
• Review and approve invoices and proposals.
• Coordinate document storage and keep client information updated.
• Monitor KPI performance daily and ensure goals are met.
• Manage attendance and time off for team members.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and client representatives.
• Travel and remote work as needed.
