The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of civil design experience, and PE certification, with at least 3 years as a senior design leader guiding project workflows. Hybrid work is offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from a four-year college or university with at least 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
• At least 3 years as the central design figure, mentor to staff, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects.

Responsabilités

• Identify design criteria and plan and execute effective designs.
• Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
• Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work.
• Complete administrative and financial tasks including invoicing, proposals, change orders, and timecard approvals.
