Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• PE certification required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profit center through design, production, quality, training, and personnel performance.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, define scope, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedules, and finalize proposals.
• Participate in business development and maintain relationships with current clients.
• Manage up to two Project Managers supervising 4–8 engineering staff.
