The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of design experience, and a PE license. You will mentor staff, interface with clients, and manage complex workflows while contributing to business development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• At least 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills; able to manage a land development project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify design criteria and plan/execute effective designs.
• Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
• Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work.
• Complete administrative and finance responsibilities including invoicing, timecard approvals, proposals, and change orders.
