The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and at least 10 years of design experience. You will mentor teams, interface with clients, and drive plan processing with public agencies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years.
• Minimum 3 years as central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects.
• PE certification required.

Aufgaben

• Identify design criteria and plan and execute effective designs.
• Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
• Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work.
• Completion of administrative and finance responsibilities including invoicing, timecard approvals, proposals, change orders, and meetings.
