Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Los Angeles office.

The role focuses on managing land development projects from entitlements through construction support, leading design teams, and coordinating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of PM experience in civil engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project teams and ensure design, production, quality, training, and performance meet goals.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, define scope of work, prepare fees, and finalize proposals.
• Lead business development efforts and maintain client relations.
• Supervise 4–8 engineering staff via up to two Project Managers.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Project Manager:

• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance.
• Represent firm in meetings with client, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigation, establish schedule, prepare proposal material, review with Principal or other Project Manager and finalize proposal.
• Participate in business development for prospective clients and maintain ongoing relations with current clients.
• Manage up to two Project Managers who supervise a total of 4 to 8 employees within the Engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
• PE certification required
• A motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team.
