You will mentor staff, refine processes, and advance technical capabilities while ensuring QA/QC across deliverables. This hands-on leadership role requires a PE or EIT background and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) and civil engineering design experience of at least 6 years.
• At least 3 years as central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing technical aspects.
• Excellent decision-making, communication, leadership, and technical skills, with ability to manage land development projects from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
• EIT certification required
• PE certification preferred
• Curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team.

• Serve as technical strategist for civil engineering and technical specialties for land/site development, water resources, or survey projects.
• Provide technical leadership by developing and refining technical processes and methodologies.
• Advance technical capabilities by mentoring staff through knowledge transfer and advanced technical learning.
• Manage team members including task delegation, staff reviews, and other supervisory tasks.
• Participate in QA/QC processes by conducting thorough technical reviews of engineering deliverables and mentoring staff in quality standards.
