Qualifications

• Degreed in civil engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• 5–10 years of experience leading land development and public infrastructure projects.
• Technical experience with Civil 3D.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision.
• Experience with 2D modeling software beneficial.
• Established client relationships in the Rio Grande Valley a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Land Development and Public Infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Assist in development and management of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Support in preparation of proposals and RFQs.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with standards.
• Apply technical standards and best practices to projects.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources to optimize efficiency.
• Build relationships with clients and monitor satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
