Halff is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE) in McAllen, TX, to lead land development and public works initiatives. The role requires a Texas PE, 10+ years of experience, and strong design and project management skills across infrastructure projects.

You will mentor engineers-in-training and CAD designers, coordinate with internal teams, and advance projects from planning through delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas.
• At least 10 years of experience in utility and public works design, local infrastructure, public works, municipal roadway, trails, drainage, and land development projects.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Proven project management, administration, and supervision experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage and oversee the design and construction of Land Development and Public Works/Local Infrastructure projects, including light industrial, office/warehouse developments, and subdivisions.
• Lead project planning through delivery, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules; assist in proposals and RFQs.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with standards and codes; mentor engineers and CAD staff.
