Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a facilities and capital projects professional to manage annual budgets and oversee site assessments. The role requires on-site work four days per week and travel about a quarter of the time across the West Coast region.

You will champion facility management processes, coordinate EH&S programs, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while monitoring project milestones and financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience or HS diploma with 6–8+ years of specific experience.
• Master's Degree is required or preferred depending on the role.
• Strong budgeting and capital project management experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual capital and R&M budgets.
• Conduct in-person facility assessments to observe site conditions and ensure routine maintenance on building systems.
• Champion the project and facility management process for assigned capital expenditure projects.
• Coordinate Environment, Health, and Safety programs related to facilities and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and analyze project operations and financials to meet milestones and budget.
• Audit processes for compliance and opportunities for improvement.
• Devise and prioritize a capital improvement plan for the year and a five-year forecast.
• Work with project constituents to define project needs and goals.
• Review and evaluate project schedule, contract compliance, and quality control.
• Coordinate project completion and turnover with vendors and operations.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

This role requires candidates to be on-site 4 days per week and travel 25% of time (west coast).

• Develop annual capital and R&M budgets
• Conduct in-person facility assessments to observe site conditions, ensure routine maintenance on building systems, and evaluate adherence to safety standards
• Champion the project and facility management process for assigned capital expenditure projects
• Coordinate Company’s Environment, Health, and Safety programs as related to facilities including all Local, State and Federal compliance requirements
• Monitor and analyze project operations and financials on an ongoing basis to ensure project milestones and budget are met
• Audit process for compliance with procedures and for opportunities for improvement
• Devise and prioritize a capital improvement plan for the calendar year, in addition to a five-year forecasted capital plan
• Work with project constituents to define project needs and goals
• Review and evaluate project schedule, contract compliance, and quality control
• Coordinate project completion and turnover with vendors and operations
• Other projects or duties as assigned
