Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager in the Pittsburgh area to lead Property Condition Assessments and life safety reviews for a variety of building types.

The role includes preparing construction documents, overseeing renovations, and guiding remediation strategies while coordinating with engineering teams in Moon Township or Monroeville offices. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, and familiarity

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in PCA/building condition assessments.
• Architectural license is a plus, but not required.
• LEED accreditation is a plus, but not required.
• AHJ permitting and approvals experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Property Condition Assessments for diverse building types including retail, high-rise, warehouse and industrial facilities.
• Prepare refinance, equity, and capital planning PCA reports.
• Create immediate repair cost tables and capital reserves cost schedules, and write narrative reports.
• Identify and design remedial measures for building systems deficiencies.
• Conduct ADA accessibility reviews and remedial measures.
• Prepare construction documents (drawings and specs).
• Provide construction support services and perform site inspections.
