Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is hiring a Project Manager in the Pittsburgh area to lead Property Condition Assessments and related building evaluations.

You will oversee PCA reports, cost estimates, and remediation planning for diverse building types, with emphasis on code compliance and accessibility. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience; architectural background is preferred, and LEED is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Architectural license is a plus, but not required.
• LEED accreditation is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with AHJ permitting and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCA) across a range of building types.
• Prepare refinance, equity, and capital planning PCA reports.
• Develop immediate repair cost tables and cost schedules; write narratives.
• Identify and design remedial measures for building systems.
• Perform ADA accessibility reviews and remediation.
• Prepare construction documents (drawings and specs).
• Provide construction support services and site inspections.
