Qualifications

• Engineer or Architect with 5+ years' experience.
• Experience with Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and building code reviews.
• Knowledge of ADA accessibility and remedial measures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PCA for diverse building types (retail, high-rise, warehouse, industrial).
• Prepare refinance, equity, and capital planning PCA reports.
• Develop immediate repair cost tables and capital reserves schedules.
