The role focuses on evaluating mechanical and structural systems, creating remedial designs, and overseeing construction for industrial and commercial buildings. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and

Qualifications

• PCA for various building types including retail, towers, warehouses, and industrial parks.
• Preparation of refinance, equity, and capital planning PCA reports.
• Immediate repair cost tables and capital reserves schedules.
• Identifying remedial measures for building system deficiencies and ADA routes.
• Preparing construction documents (drawings and specs).
• Providing construction support services and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PCA and life safety reviews for building projects.
• Evaluate building mechanical and structural systems and life cycle costs.
