Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction and safety. You will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate procurement, and drive quality assurance across multiple small to mid-size projects.

The role emphasizes growth within a dynamic culture, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years project management experience.
• Experience in building automation, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems.
• PMI or industry certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements to project team and maintain records of job status and materials flow.
• Act as the customer’s best service provider to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes.
