Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Project Manager at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The role directs daily contractor performance, serving as the site liaison to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Requirements include US citizenship, a high school diploma, proficiency in English, and an active SECRET clearance with TS/SCI eligibility for classified oversight. DoD project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings
