Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager - ATC at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role directs day-to-day contractor performance and serves as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, English proficiency, and an active Secret clearance with SCI eligibility as needed for classified oversight, with prior DoD project or site management experience preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
U.S. citizenship.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight.
Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
