Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role directs day-to-day contractor performance and serves as the COR-PI contact for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

A high school diploma is required, U.S. citizenship, English proficiency, and an Active Secret clearance (Tier 3). Top Secret / SCI eligibility may be required for classified oversight. Prior DoD site-management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified systems oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
