Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to be the on-site contract lead at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires Secret clearance minimum, with Top Secret eligibility for handling classified systems, and overseeing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and quality.

As the central government point of contact, you will coordinate with KO and COR, manage a contractor workforce across locations, and ensure 24/7 presence to address issues, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret eligibility supported by facility clearance) maintained throughout performance.
• Demonstrated experience managing a contractor workforce on a DoD IT support contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact with the KO and COR and bind the contractor for prompt action on all contract matters.
• Provide overall program management across all performance locations, ensuring on-site management is available 24 hours to respond to Government concerns.
• Coordinate work schedules, travel, reporting, accountability, conduct, and performance of contractor personnel.
• Manage workforce turnover, track hiring and termination trends by labor category and location, and fill vacancies within required timelines.
• Deliver monthly technical status and labor reporting and support performance evaluation meetings.
• Designate an acting alternate PM when absent.

Position Title : Program Manager (PM) Location : Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Clearance required : SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties. Scope of Work: Serves as the on-site Program Manager and central point of contact with the Government for all work under the ITSS contract across ATEC HQ and its subordinate organizations. Provides overall management of cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and quality, and is physically present at Aberdeen Proving Ground during normal duty hours.
