Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires SECRET clearance (Tier 3 / T3R) at minimum, with Top Secret / SCI eligibility for classified oversight.

You will direct daily contractor operations, liaise with the COR, manage SLAs, security, and certifications. The position requires US citizenship, English proficiency, and demonstrated DoD project or site management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight.
• Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.

Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
