Job summary

Paycom seeks a Project Manager - ATC at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to direct day-to-day contractor performance and serve as the site point of contact for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

This on-site role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD effort. You will ensure SLAs, security, and certifications are met and coordinate schedules, travel, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight.
• Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.

Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Aberdeen Test Center site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.
