Snaadt Media Group, a corporate video production company based in Polk City, Iowa, is seeking a talented Full-Time Video & Media Project Manager / Producer to join our growing team. We specialize in creating compelling content for a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to local businesses, helping brands of all sizes excel in the digital marketing landscape.

Position Overview:

As our Project Manager / Producer, you will play a crucial role in our production and account management processes, managing active project pipelines, timelines, and communication across video, photography, and social media projects. You will serve as the crucial link between our creative teams (shooters and editors) and our corporate clients. Your meticulous attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and clear, direct communication will ensure projects land flawlessly and align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage active project pipelines, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing communication with all corporate clients.

• Send and review completed video and photo edits for client feedback and approval.

• Collaborate with ownership and creative teams to develop thorough creative briefs, pre-production documents, and shoot plans.

• Maintain clear, concise, direct, and helpful communication aligned with our core company values.

• Serve as a quick-thinking resource for field teams to troubleshoot logistical or technical issues during active shoots.

• Assist as an on-site Producer—conducting/guiding interviews, coordinating day-of event schedules, and interfacing directly with clients when needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Year prior experience in project management, video production coordination, agency account management, or producing. Creative industry experience is a plus.

• High "Type A" level of organization with a sharp eye for detail and a track record of never letting things slip through the cracks.

• Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and stay composed under pressure in fast-paced production environments.

• Expert communication skills with the ability to speak both "creative" with shooters/editors and "corporate" with clients.

• Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to the Des Moines Metro area (Polk City, IA studio).
