Snaadt Media Group, a Polk City, IA-based corporate video production company, is hiring a Full-Time Video & Media Project Manager / Producer to join our growing team. You will manage active project pipelines, coordinate with shooters and editors, and liaise with corporate clients to ensure flawless delivery.

Responsibilities include developing briefs, pre-production docs, shoot plans, and on-site production support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project management, video production coordination, agency account management, or producing.
• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both creative teams and corporate clients.
• Willingness to commute to Des Moines Metro area (Polk City, IA).

Responsabilités

• Manage active project pipelines, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing communication with corporate clients.
• Send and review completed video and photo edits for client feedback and approval.
• Collaborate with ownership and creative teams to develop briefs, pre-production documents, and shoot plans.
• Maintain clear, direct communication aligned with company values.
• Assist as on-site Producer—interview guidance, day-of-event coordination, and client interfacing.
