StealthWatch, a high-growth global SaaS company, is seeking a Project Manager in New York. Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the New York office, you will drive multiple strategic initiatives across product, engineering and customer success to ensure on-time delivery, clear scope, and measurable outcomes.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report progress to senior leaders while supporting change management and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a software or SaaS environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success).
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and risks effectively.
• Capable of driving projects to completion with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across several workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status reviews.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and best practices.
• Support change management activities and successful project adoption.
