Job summary

T12 Technologies LLC is a Baltimore-based tech firm seeking a driven Project Manager to lead AI solutions initiatives. You will guide projects at the intersection of technology and strategy, coordinating data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Remote role in the United States, with responsibilities spanning scope definition, risk management, and executive communications.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in AI/tech/software environments.
Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data platforms.
PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of AI and machine learning solution deployments.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
Ensure AI solution implementations meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
