Job summary

Insight Global in Richmond, VA seeks a Project Manager II to lead AI initiatives in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive delivery, manage risks, and align with PMO governance standards.

The role is hybrid on site (1-2x/week) in the greater Richmond area, with compensation varying by skills, experience, and education. Medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and 401k with employer matching offerings

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting AI initiatives, automation projects, process improvements, or AI-driven transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-4 at a time).
• Experience working within PMO/PPMO governance frameworks.
• Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira.

We\'re looking for a Project Manager II to lead AI initiatives in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. This role will partner directly with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, manage risks, and ensure alignment with PMO governance standards.

This will be hybrid on site (1-2x/week) in the greater Richmond, VA area.

Must-Haves

• 3-7+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience supporting AI initiatives, automation projects, process improvements, or AI-driven transformations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-facing communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-4 at a time)
• Experience working within PMO/PPMO governance frameworks
• Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira

Nice to Have

• PMP Certification (HUGE PLUS)
• AI-related certification, education, or project experience
• Experience standardizing PM tools and processes

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
