Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and promotes an injury-free environment by mentoring staff and investigating incidents.
• Manages the prestart process for projects at JE Dunn.
• Supports the preconstruction team with quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development, review, bid package development and schedule creation.
• Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule; verifies pricing and scope, identifies successful bidders and manages subcontract issuance.
• Manages the submittal schedule setup; coordinates priorities with the team and reviews shop drawings and samples before submittal.
