Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of superintendent experience, strong MEP coordination, and familiarity with cleanrooms/controlled environments. Frequent travel and collaboration with clients, design teams, and inspections are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years as a Superintendent on commercial/industrial/regulated construction projects.
• Strong coordination of multiple trades and complex building systems.
• Experience with controlled environments and cleanroom protocols preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and support 100% project-based assignments.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance on projects.
• Develop detailed work plans aligned to milestones and client expectations.
• Mentor assistants and drive continuous improvement in field performance.
