Job summary

Benifex, based in the UK & Ireland services team, seeks a Project Manager to deliver projects for a diverse client portfolio. You’ll manage multiple client implementations and renewals across the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience working with external clients or in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions and build client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to delivery.
• Ability to absorb knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Energy, engagement and curiosity with a genuine interest in delivering great customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple customers, ensuring delivery to time, scope, and quality.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead regular meetings.
• Coordinate delivery across phases including discovery, design, build, testing and go-live.
• Balance multiple projects at different stages and manage competing deadlines.
• Maintain project plans, documentation and RAID logs for governance.
• Support customer testing and implementation activities for a smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
• Monitor risks and issues and escalate to ensure successful delivery.

Role Overview
