Razorblue Group is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to streamline procurement, quoting, and account support activities across projects and client engagements. The role focuses on delivering accurate quotes, managing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers and Project Delivery teams, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. A hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Procurement/purchasing experience in a team is required.
• Drafting and compliance of procurement policies is beneficial.
• IT background, MSP/Microsoft Partner experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team of like-minded tech people.

• Procurement Operations (30%)
• Manging the day-to-day ordering for projects, customer equipment and internal equipment
• Process requests and ensure proper authorisation in line with company policies
• Track orders and delivery timelines, resolving issues that arise
• Maintain procurement documentation and records for audit purposes
• Support on creating & updating procurement policies
• Lead on invoice queries
• Quote Preparation & Client Support (40%)
• Prepare accurate quotes for clients on equipment
• Research product options and pricing to meet client specifications
• Liaise with account managers to understand client requirements
• Engage directly with some customers to define requirements and produce quotations tailored to their business needs
• Ensure quotes align with procurement costs and company margin requirements
• Follow-up on outstanding quotes and track conversion rates
• Account Management Support (30%)
• Support Account Managers in delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively managing actions, issues and customer requests
• Own and coordinate customer escalations, ensuring issues are progressed effectively and stakeholders are regularly updated
• Work closely with Project Delivery and Service teams to help resolve project delays, delivery concerns and customer-impacting issues
• Track and follow up outstanding quotations, renewals and commercial opportunities, supporting the achievement of revenue targets
• Assist with the management of customer accounts by identifying risks, service concerns and growth opportunities and escalating them appropriately
• Produce regular reports on customer escalations, open actions, renewal pipelines and outstanding commercial opportunities to support management decision-making

• Desirable: CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations or equivalent qualification, Must have previous experience in a procurement/purchasing team
• Being involved in the drafting and compliance of procurement policies beneficial
• Desirable: IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider would be beneficial
