PMA Consultants LLC in Worcester, MA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead delivery of complex, high-impact building projects. You will manage full lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing within scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors.
Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing bids and change orders, and mentoring junior staff.
The Project Manager leads the delivery of complex, high-impact projects or multi‑project programs across various sectors. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management—from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing—while ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and PMA's internal standards. The PM IV serves as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinates across disciplines and stakeholders, and ensures delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
The salary range for this position is $130,853 to $155,927. A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience and geographic location.
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
