The Project Manager independently manages small-to-medium construction projects or portions of larger programs. They oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery in alignment with scope, cost, and timeline objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams with minimal oversight. In addition to project execution, the Project Manager supports contract administration, risk mitigation, and QA/QC processes, serving as a key liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
