Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 base salary, based on experience, plus up to 10% annual bonus

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex projects within a growing industrial business. This individual will oversee projects from initial planning through execution and final delivery, ensuring schedules, costs, risks, and customer expectations are effectively managed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing, construction, equipment, or another technical project environment. This role requires someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, and can coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initial planning through execution, delivery, and closeout


• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, priorities, and action plans


• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, suppliers, and customers


• Monitor project costs, forecasts, completion estimates, and financial performance


• Manage project scope and ensure changes are reviewed and approved before additional work begins


• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to support execution


• Track progress, supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and overall project readiness


• Identify risks that could affect project timelines, costs, quality, or customer expectations


• Develop practical solutions to resolve challenges and prevent avoidable delays


• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps to customers and leadership


• Establish clear ownership of action items and hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines


• Maintain accurate schedules, forecasts, project records, and supporting documentation


• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and internal processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or related project execution experience preferred


• Experience within industrial manufacturing, construction, equipment, or a similar technical environment


• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple departments, suppliers, and customers


• Strong understanding of project forecasting, cost control, and financial performance


• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes


• Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities


• Experience using ERP, scheduling, project management, or related business systems


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline


• Mechanical Engineering or another technical degree is a plus


• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, construction, or equipment-related projects


• Experience coordinating suppliers, production schedules, technical deliverables, or customer requirements


• Customer-facing experience within a technical or project-driven environment
