We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is an asset.
10. A thorough understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
11. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. The willingness to continually update and improve skills and knowledge.
