Job summary

TPA Technologies seeks a hands-on Project Manager for data center and mission-critical construction on a contract basis. You will own budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and execution from planning through commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data center or mission-critical construction, experience with owner/operator environments, and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in data center or mission-critical construction environments.
• Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships.
• Direct procurement, purchasing, and sourcing experience.
• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, BMS, physical security systems.
• Strong Excel and Smartsheet experience.

• Coordinate vendor procurement, sourcing, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
• Lead commissioning activities and project closeout efforts.

Project Manager - Data Center & Mission Critical Construction (Contract)

Join a growing team supporting large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can own project budgets, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and project execution from planning through commissioning and closeout.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience on the owner/operator side of data center projects who enjoys working cross-functionally with construction, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting

What We're Looking For
