Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for data center projects.
• Perform site walks, safety reviews, QA/QC oversight, and issue resolution.
• Track entitlement and permitting activities.
• Manage design deliverables and BOD deviations.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals with design teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review construction schedules from GC and owner-direct vendors.
• Support maintenance of the Owner Schedule.
• Lead OFCI coordination and scheduling.
• Participate in commissioning activities and drive issues to completion.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve schedule, budget, and vendor issues.
• Review contractor invoices and percent-complete evaluations with cost teams.
• Evaluate change orders and provide recommendations.
• Facilitate project meetings and document actions.
• Support monthly reports, executive updates, and board presentations.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. This individual will play a critical role in managing project execution from planning through construction, commissioning, and project closeout while partnering closely with project leadership, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in large-scale construction project management, including experience with greenfield site development through core & shell delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and execution are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects
• Conduct regular site observations, including job walks, safety reviews, QA/QC oversight, and issue resolution
• Monitor, track, and support entitlement and permitting activities
• Manage design deliverable schedules and track Basis of Design (BOD) deviations
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Review and analyze construction schedules from General Contractors and owner-direct vendors
• Support maintenance and updates of the overall Owner Schedule
• Lead OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution
• Participate in commissioning activities and drive issues through successful completion
• Partner with project leadership to resolve construction, schedule, budget, and vendor-related issues
• Review contractor invoices and percent-complete evaluations alongside project cost teams
• Evaluate contractor change orders and provide recommendations prior to approval
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability
• Support monthly construction reports, executive updates, board presentations, and project reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning and preconstruction through execution and completion
• Experience managing greenfield site development through core & shell construction
• Strong understanding of project schedules, contractor management, budgeting, and project controls
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Mission-critical infrastructure project experience
• Experience delivering projects from site development through commissioning
• Experience with OFCI coordination and complex vendor management
