Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a premier commercial construction company in West Chester, PA. This on-site, permanent role requires coordinating with senior leadership and on-site teams to deliver large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of project management in commercial construction, strong document control skills, and proven ability to manage subcontractors and safety initiatives. A growth-focused, culture-driven team awaits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Ability to work closely with Senior Project Manager(s), Project Executive(s) and Superintendent(s) on assigned project.
• Comfortable speaking/presenting to Owner's/Architects/Subcontractors in meetings.
• Large scale project experience, preferred.
• Proven track record of effectively managing document control.
• Ability to establish and maintain subcontractor relationships.
• Devoted to project safety initiatives.

Responsibilities
