Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial and government construction projects in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and construction operations.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and construction operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, building codes, and contract administration
• Ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships
• Experience working in occupied or regulated environments such as healthcare or government facilities is highly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
