Byggmeister in the Boston area seeks a Project Manager to guide design-build remodeling projects from planning through construction, keeping the team and clients aligned every step. You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving, detail-heavy PM role; residential remodeling or adjacent industry experience is preferred but not required.

Have 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving, detail-heavy project or program management role; experience in residential remodeling, design, or an adjacent industry is preferred but not required
Have strong organizational discipline and can manage multiple concurrent schedules, budgets, and workstreams with minimal oversight
Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating directly with clients
Are deeply comfortable with technology and information systems, and pick up new software and tools quickly
Bring strong interpersonal skills including the ability to hold teammates accountable to deadlines and commitments
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Bring positive energy, take on all tasks with enthusiasm, and work well with a wide range of people
Take a proactive approach to problems, identifying and solving them before they risk projects and relationships
