Job summary

Byggmeister is a worker-owned, woman-led design-build remodeling firm serving the Boston area. We seek an experienced residential carpenter to supervise and work with our field crew on beautiful, durable renovations.

A strong craftsman with a commitment to safety and teamwork will thrive in our collaborative environment. Our project development team provides fully designed plans, while the production manager ensures resources and support to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.

• Willingness to continue education and improve craft.
