• Coordinate daily workflows between site supervisors and trade partners.
• Track permits, inspections, and compliance milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide clear, timely updates to homeowners and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project records in construction management software.
• Identify potential risks early and elevate appropriately.
• Visit project sites regularly to ensure alignment with plans and timelines.
• Help site teams stay organized and focused on quality execution.

Feinmann is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support high-end residential remodeling projects throughout Greater Boston. What You'll Do

Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish

• Support active residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking with precision
• Coordinate daily workflows between site supervisors and trade partners

Communicate Proactively

• Provide clear, timely updates to homeowners and internal teams

Support the Jobsite

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar platforms
• Organized: You have strong follow-through and an eye for detail
• Professional: You communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners, trades, and team members
• Mobile: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Greater Boston
